In our Terms and Conditions, “us”, “we” or “our” refers to Crateful or becrateful (ABN 61 061 175 467 ). ‘You’ or ‘your’ refers to the shopper or purchaser. ‘Their’ or ‘them’ refers to Manufacturers or third parties and not Crateful or its constituents.

Changes to Terms
Crateful reserves the right to change, modify or remove these terms at any time. Please regularly check these terms prior to using to ensure you are aware of any changes that may impact you. While we will endeavour to highlight significant changes if you choose to use this website then we will regard this as evidence of your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
At Crateful we are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect information from you to maximise the services that we can provide. Crateful will not sell your personal information to anyone else. We may use your information internally in a general sense (without reference to you specifically) to create marketing statistics and to identify consumer demands for products and requirements. Crateful may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith or where we are lawfully authorised to do so in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of www.becrateful.com.au, its customers or third parties. Crateful respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the national privacy principles established in the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth).
Limitation of Liability
Your use of this website and any information, content or materials is entirely at your own risk. Your agreeance to the terms and conditions waives liability from Crateful for any loss or damage you may encounter related to use of this website or from the goods or services that we offer.

If you have chosen to visit an external website, you will not be governed by our privacy statement and we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy whilst on that site.

GST, Taxes and Surcharges.
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST. All credit/debit and PayPal purchases will incur a 2.5% processing surcharge on all purchases. Bank transfers will not incur a surcharge and details can be found below;

Food and Allergy Disclaimer
The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only and is not meant to substitute professional dietary advice or treatment. At Crateful we follow The Liquor Control Act 1988, this means all hampers containing alcohol must be delivered to 18+ recipients only. Delivery hours for items of this nature are restricted to 7am – 7pm daily. ID may be requested at vendor’s discretion.
Currently we are only able to ship Australia wide. Please enquire within before purchasing from Crateful if you are an international customer. We use Sendle for regular deliveries and Australia Post for express. Please refer to Sendles website for an indication of how long your delivery will take. Alternately pickups can be organised free of charge from our home office in Banksia Grove.
Authority to leave
Due to the delicate nature of some of our goods Crateful recommends that someone be available to intercept your order at time of delivery. By purchasing a product from you have authorised for Crateful’s Courier Service Provider to leave items at specified address if premises is unattended. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions Crateful and its Courier Service Provider are indemnified against any claim for loss and / or damage relating to your order, and by purchasing you understand and accept this. Due to the perishable nature of our hampers, orders returned to us after being left unattended as per mentioned above cannot be cancelled and refunded.
Although systems are in place to ensure that occurrence of redelivery fees are minimal there may be times when it is necessary. The following situations will incur a re-delivery fee;
Incorrect address provided by purchaser.
Delivery address unattended and nowhere safe to leave the delivery (e.g. bad weather, exposed to sun, etc.).
Delivery address inaccessible (e.g. unattended gated apartments, dogs, etc.).
The decision to charge redelivery fees will be at Crateful and their Courier Service Providers discretion.
Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered within your required timeframe. Crateful takes the utmost care to ensure that the substituted item is as similar as possible to the originally requested item. You may be contacted prior to substitutions being made.
After purchasing from Crateful you are subject to our Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your purchase at any time prior to delivery of the goods. If you cancel your order with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee as it is likely manufacturing has commenced. In certain circumstances and at Crateful’s discretion we may waive the cancellation fee. If you cancel your delivery you will be refunded your total (minus cancellation fee) within 7 business days. Please choose carefully because once your gift has been delivered you will be subject to our Return and Refund policy.
Return and Refund Policy
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Photographic evidence will be required so we can assess the damage or situation. Please email these to email@example.com. Unopened goods will be refunded in full (excluding the original delivery charges and transaction surcharges), opened goods will be refunded at Crateful’s discretion. We will gladly replace items or reimburse you for products damaged in transit (where Crateful or it’s Courier Service Provider is at fault) and in accordance with our legal responsibilities as a merchant. We are unable to accept returns for other reasons such as change of mind or dislike of a product. Due to the delicate nature of our products please ensure that all items are stored correctly to guarantee they are returned to us in the condition in which you received them. Refunds will be processed promptly into your nominated bank account within 7 business days once returned stock is received. If we are at fault Crateful will cover the cost of pick up and re-delivery if it is necessary. Otherwise the pickup and delivery cost will be charged to the returner. Alternately stock can be returned in person to our home office in Banksia Grove. All refunds and returns are made at the discretion of Crateful and in accordance with our legal responsibilities to our customers.
